U.S. bombing of Iranian nuclear sites as political theater

Commentary on the U.S. bombing of Iran’s three key nuclear sites is filling the airwaves, both on mainstream and in alternative media. In the latter group, I have been listening to some of my peers who address the unconstitutionality and impeachable nature of Trump’s war on Iran given that he did not seek Congressional approval as required by law. They fulminate over what is unprovoked aggression by the Americans in full violation of the United Nations Charter, to which the United States is a signatory as well as having been an author.
