Our chat today from minutes 18 to 24 on this podcast started with the supposed start of Russia-US talks on economic cooperation. As I point out, this is purely a Public Relations release from the two governments to suggest that they have more to talk about than the Ukraine War. Economic ties? This is utter nonsense given the present virtual state of war between them.
