Impact of the Israel-Iran conflict on the Russia-Ukraine war

As we have heard from mainstream media a few days ago, the United States has removed many of its air defense systems from Ukraine and transported them to the Middle East to be stationed in its various military bases in the region as a precaution should Iran escalate its response to Israeli attack and take revenge on the US forces in the region which have enabled Israeli aggression. Moreover, today’s news from the British daily The Telegraph is that the United States has sharply curtailed its shipments of military supplies to Ukraine. The least one can say is that the Middle East conflict provides an excuse for Washington to hold onto what military materiel it can for its own needs. We may expect Volodymyr Zelensky to be bleating about all of this when he joins the G7 leaders gathering in Western Canada today.
