In an article a couple of days ago I mentioned the need for policy and personnel changes at the top in Russia after Mr. Putin resigns and a younger, more resolute team takes charge, ready to challenge Western aggression head on, using Russia’s present military superiority to negotiate from ‘a position of strength,’ which is utterly lacking today in the Putin team.
